Smart Manager

Smart Manager is an application for smart devices that is made for the convenience of
conference call users.
You can download it for free on your smart devices.
If you log in to the Smart Manager, you can identify, sort and mute participants, disconnect
individual lines, end the conference call, connect participants, and control music-on-hold mode.

Save time for talking attendance, make possible for desired person to immediately participate at conference, which can enhance the efficiency of conference

How to use

Search “Teletogether” on the App Store or Google Play and download “Smart Manager” – Enter ID & passcode provided by Service Center and log in. *For more detailed information, please refer to Smart Manager User Guide in the reference download menu.

Toll Free

A toll-free conference call is a service where the conference host pays for all participants on the call. Both domestic and international toll-free services are available.

How to use
  1. Contact Service Center
    for a toll-free number
  2. Provide the toll-free
    number to participants
  3. Participants dial the toll-free
    number to join a conference
  4. The host will be billed
    for the cost of the call

Local Service

Issue a local number to international participant, charging international call charges to host.

How to use
  1. Contact Service Center
    for a local in-country number
  2. Provide the local in-country
    number to overseas participants
  3. The participants dial the
    local number to join the conference
  4. The host will be billed
    international long-distance
    charges for the call

Recording

If you want your conference call recorded, schedule the call recording prior to the conference.

How to use
  1. Schedule your meeting and its recording
  2. Conduct a meeting
  3. Listen to the recorded file

Q&A service

This service places all participants in a listening mode. Participants can pose questions by pressing a button on their phone, and thereby the host can answer to the question. (You can use it conveniently through telemanager)

How to use
  1. Contact Service Center to schedule your conference
  2. The host joins the conference in a speaking/listening mode
  3. Participants join the conference in a listening mode
  4. Run Q&A session
  5. (Participant) Press
    * 1 to ask a question
  6. (Host) Answer to the question

Create custom survey and check the result

  1. Host creates survey
  2. Attendees asnwer
  3. Check the result on telemanager
